Do you supply everything for my tea party and what do i need to supply?

We will bring a hand selected collection of vintage china and small props to decorate the table.  We never use plastic cutlery or throwaway plastic containers all our packages also include proper cutlery, pretty paper napkins, paper straws and all the food and drinks selected from your menus. All we ask of you is the table(s) in the correct space ready for us to set up and a plug for our tea urn.   We do not provide table cloths or wine glassware as part of our packages, if you require these, we can hire them for you on your behalf from our trusted suppliers and bring them along with us.

How far in advance is best to book?

The earlier the better! Our weddings tend to be booked up to 1 to 2 years in advance, tea parties up to 4 months in advance & china hire bookings with around 6 weeks notice.  We do take a shorter lead time on bookings too, get in touch and we will try to accommodate as much as possible.

Can you cater for allergies and dietary requirements?

Of course!  Please do let us know at the time of booking or as soon as you know and we will ensure they are taken care of.

Do you have a minimum number of guests for your tea party packages?

We do, our minimum number for our tea parties is 15 guests and for our picnic teas its a minimum of 10 guests.

Im looking to hire some Vintage China, do you deliver?

We can offer our delivery service for orders over £150 excluding deposit and milage charges.
